On Friday, June 21st we provided Live Ceremony & Cocktail Hour Music, followed by DJ/Emcee Services for the Dinner/Dancing Reception for a Wedding at The Asticou Inn in Northeast Harbor, Maine!

CEREMONY:  We performed Solo Piano Music for the Wedding Ceremony.  The Processionals were “O Mio Babbino Caro” {Puccini} for the Wedding Party & “Glasgow Love Theme” from the “Love Actually Soundtrack” for the Bride.  The Recessional was the Irish Dance Melody, “Simple Gifts”.

COCKTAIL HOUR:  We continued with the Solo Piano Music, including selections from Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra, & Maroon 5.

DINNER/DANCING RECEPTION:  The First Dance was “That’s What’s Up” by Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros.  The Crowd loved Everything from Oldies like “Oh What a Night!” to 80’s Rock Hits from Bon Jovi (and others) to Plenty of Top 40 Hits.  The Last Dance was “The Parting Glass” by Shaun Davey.

Aaron Topfer performs at Mount Sunapee in Newbury, New Hampshire!

On Sunday, May 26th, we performed at a Wedding at the Mount Sunapee Ski Resort in Newbury, New Hampshire!

CEREMONY:  We provided Live Solo Piano Music for the Indoor Ceremony which took place in the Main Lodge.  The Processionals were “Air on the G-String” by Bach &”Canon in D” by Pachelbel.  The Recessional was “Good Lovin'” by The Rascals.

COCKTAIL HOUR:  We performed Solo Jazz & Pop Tunes outside on Piano.  Near the end of the Cocktail Hour, the Bride & Groom were introduced and we accompanied on piano as the Father of the Bride as he sang “I Hope You Dance” to the Bride & Groom.

RECEPTION:  This was a Fantastic Irish Dance Crowd and needed very little to get them going All Night Long.  Dinner Music included selections from Michael Buble, Billy Joel, & Jack Johnson.  The Dancing Period of the Evening last Over 3 Hours and included Lots of Oldies & 80’s Rock, as well as plenty of Top 40 Music.  The Last Dance was “Don’t Stop Believing” by Journey.

Aaron Topfer performs at Water’s Edge in Westbrook, Connecticut!

On Saturday, May 25th, we performed at an Asian-American Wedding at the The Water’s Edge Resort in Westbrook, Connecticut!  The Bride & Groom are students at the Yale School of Medicine and hired us from New Haven.

CEREMONY:  We provided a Live String Duo consisting of Violin & Cello for the Indoor Ceremony which took place in the Royal Ballroom.  The Processional was”Canon in D” by Pachelbel.  The Recessional was “Spring” from “The Four Seasons” by Vivaldi.

COCKTAIL HOUR:  We performed Solo Jazz & Pop Piano Tunes outside in a foyer for the Cocktail Hour.

RECEPTION:  The Reception featured a blend of Asian & American traditions.  During the Dinner, the Mother of the Bride sung a beautiful piece to a Bamboo Flute Accompaniment.  Later on, everyone danced to plenty of 80’s, 90’s, and Top 40 Hits.  The Last Dance was “Glad You Came” by The Wanted.

Aaron Topfer performs at Church Landing (Inn at Mill Falls) in Meredith, New Hampshire!

On Saturday, May 18th, we performed at one of our Favorite Wedding Sites in All of New England, Church Landing (Inn at Mill Falls) in Meredith, New Hamphsire!

CEREMONY:  We provided Live Solo Piano Music for the Outdoor Ceremony on the Shores of Lake Winnepesaukee!  The Processionals were “Marry Me” by Train & “Canon in D” by Pachelbel.  During the Lighting of the Unity Candle, we performed “Grow Old with Me” by John Lennon.  The Recessional was “Wedding March” by Mendelssohn.

COCKTAIL HOUR:  We performed Solo Jazz & Pop Tunes outside on Piano.  Selections included “Your Song” by Elton John & “Clocks” by Coldplay.

RECEPTION:  The Couple was introduced to “I Gotta Feeling” by the Black-Eyed Peas and Danced their First Dance to “Tangled Up in You” by Staind.  Dinner Music included selections from Jack Johnson, Ed Sheeran & Light Country Music.  The Dancing Period of the Evening last Over 3 Hours and included Everything from “Brown-Eyed Girl” to 80’s Rock (Journey, Bruce Springsteen), 90’s Hip-Hop, Country Music from Florida Georgia Line, and Top 40 Music from Katy Perry to David Guetta.  The Last Dance was “Take Me Home Tonight” by Eddie Money followed by a Group Rendition of “Piano Man”.

Aaron Topfer performs at Wentworth By The Sea Hotel in Newcastle, New Hampshire!

On Saturday, May 11th, we performed at a Wedding Ceremony & Reception at Wentworth By The Sea Hotel in Newcastle, New Hampshire!

CEREMONY:  We provided a Piano & Violin Duo which performed Pop Music!  The Processionals were “The Luckiest” by Ben Folds & “Let My Love Open The Door” by Pete Townshend.  The Recessional was “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” by Queen.

COCKTAIL HOUR:  The Piano & Violin Duo continued and performed everything from Sinatra to the Beatles!

RECEPTION:  Dinner Music featured Sinatra and similar artists for this crowd from New York City.  Dancing Music featured The Traditional Jewish Hora & Chair-Raising (for the Groom’s side) and Irish Step-Dancing (for the Bride’s Side).  We also incorporated a Customized Playlist from the Couple which had everything from The Rolling Stones to Eclectic 80’s, to Top 40 from Capital Cities, David Guetta, & Usher.  The Last Dance was “End of the Line” by The Traveling Wilburys.

May 10th Wedding at Proctor’s Theatre in Schenectady, New York!

On Friday, May 10th, we performed at a Wedding Reception at Proctor’s Theatre in Downtown Schenectady, New York!

COCKTAIL HOUR:  We provided Solo Piano Music.  We loved the fact that the Bride & Groom are Big Fans of Piano Music and selected many pieces from Billy Joel, Elton John, Van Morrison, & Many Top 40 Piano Tunes!

RECEPTION:  The Bride & Groom were introduced to “We Found Love” by Rihanna and danced their First Dance to “The Luckiest” by Ben Folds.  Dance Music featured Everything from “Shout!” to Plenty of Rihanna, David Guetta, & Beyonce!

On Saturday, May 4th, we performed Live Music & DJ/Emcee Services for a Wedding at The Estate at Moraine Farm in Beverly, Massachusetts.

CEREMONY: We performed as a Saxophone-Piano-Bass Trio playing Light Jazz Music both Before & During the Actual Ceremony!  The Processionals were “Dream a Little Dream of Me” by The Mamas & The Papas  and “At Last” by Etta James.  The Recessional was “All You Need is Love” by The Beatles.

COCKTAIL HOUR:  The Jazz Trio continued, performing Swing & Jazz Standards.

DINNER/DANCING RECEPTION:  The Reception featured our DJ Services.  Dinner Music included lots of Light Acoustic Selections from The Traveling Wilburys, Van Morrison, Paul Simon, & Jack Johnson.  Dancing Music included A Few Oldies from Ray Charles & The Beatles, Some Folk & Country including “Wagon Wheel”, and Lots of Top 40 Music for the Over-The-Top Dance Crowd!

April 27th Wedding at The State Room – Boston!

On Saturday, April 27th, we performed Live Music & DJ/Emcee Services for a Wedding at The State Room in Downtown Boston.

CEREMONY: We performed as a  Violin – Cello – Piano Trio featuring Classical Ceremony Music that the Bride & Groom selected from our Helpful WeddingMusicPlanning.Net Website.  The Processionals were “Air on The G-String” (Bach) and “Canon in D” (Pachelbel).  The Recessional was “Spring” from “The Four Seasons” (Vivaldi).

COCKTAIL HOUR:  The Classical Trio continued, performing Light Classical Waltzes from Strauss & Tchaikovsky.

DINNER/DANCING RECEPTION:  The Reception featured our DJ Services.  Dinner Music included lots of Modern Selections from Coldplay, Jack Johnson, John Mayer, & The Eagles among others.  Dancing Music included A Few Oldies, Some 80’s, and Lots of Top 40 Music for the Young & Young-At-Heart Crowd.

Aaron Topfer performs at The Oldest Country Club in the US!

The Country Club
On Patriots’ Day Weekend in Massachusetts, Aaron performed at The Oldest Country Club in America, where he has played at Weddings & Events for almost 17 years!  Located in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, The Country Club has been the Site of Many Famous Golfing Events including The U.S. Open, The Ryder Cup, and The U.S. Amateur Golf Championship.

Aaron has performed at Over 100 Weddings & Events at this Site since 1996 & has been honored to play there for so many years!
